MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT
Members of The Golf Academy will automatically be billed on the 5th day of each month according to the chosen membership plan.

SCHEDULING SESSIONS
Members may schedule sessions for 30, 60 or 120 minutes. Sessions may be scheduled up to 4 weeks in advance. To view available times and schedule your sessions please go to http://www.TheGolfAcademyOnline.com and click the "Schedule Now" button.  Register with our online scheduling system (Schedulicity.com) to gain full access to our calendar and schedule your sessions at your convenience. If you have any trouble scheduling a session please send an email to support@thegolfacademyonline.com or call (916)847-8348.

UNUSED MINUTES
Any minutes purchased that are unused will carry over to the following month. Much like rollover minutes on a cell phone, you will be able to schedule unused minutes until their expiration date (Example: If you are an "Eagle Member" and pay for 240 minutes of instruction per month, but only use 180 minutes, the 60 unused minute will be available the following month).

SESSION EXPIRATION
Minutes of instruction will be available for 60 days from the date purchased. After 60 days any unused time will expire.

SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel a session 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time. Failure to show up for a session or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be charged to your account.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
You may cancel your membership at anytime by sending a cancellation request to support@thegolfacademyonline.com . Your membership will be active for the remainder of the month and will become inactive on the last day of the month your request was received. You will receive no further charges once your membership is cancelled. Any unused minutes of instruction will be available for scheduling until their expiration date.
