Workstations and Aids for Training
Workstations are the most reliable way to implement swing changes. After diagnosing your problem areas, your instructor will create a workstation for you to practice with in order to implement technique improvements. Some workstations are easier than others, but working with them is the quickest route to permanent improvement.

Training Aids get a bad rap in the golf industry today because there are so many out there and most are not used properly, but training aids serve a very good purpose. The Golf Academy instructors use these training aids when necessary and ensure their proper use.
